Shipping
At Magally Designs, every piece is handmade to order using genuine leathers. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
We ship via USPS/UPS. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping; however, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipment delays.
Each piece is carefully wrapped to protect its natural texture and finish before it reaches you.
Due to CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) regulations on exotic leather goods, we do not ship exotic leathers to California.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is handcrafted from genuine leather, we want you to love your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns/exchanges must meet standard conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).
To start a return, contact us at magallydesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
