How long does it take to receive my order?

All Magally Designs pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and hand off your package to UPS or USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship exotic leather products to California?

Accepted Answer

Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship exotic leather products (crocodile, python, or stingray) to California. This restriction applies only to our exotic leather pieces — our cowhide leather and embossed leather items can be shipped to California without any issue.
